We want you to love your MOTHER denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
